A. General Terms and Conditions

1) Please only use the TENS unit in conjunction with the instructions provided.
2) The success of the TENS unit during labour is neither guaranteed nor implied.
3) The TENS unit will be provided to the best of our ability in good working order ready for use. Please ensure that you test the product before usage so you can let us know if you believe there is a problem.
4) To the extent permitted by law, Claire Shooter trading as Products4baby shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury or damage sustained as a result of misusing the TENS unit save for where liability cannot be excluded or limited in law. In all other cases, our liability to you will be capped to £50.
5) Products4baby reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.
6) Products4baby is the trading name for Claire Shooter
7) Products4baby reserves the right to substitute the TENS machine for one of similar or better functionality to that shown.
8) By using the TENS machine, you accept these terms and conditions.

B. Additional Conditions of Hire, where applicable

1) The TENS unit is supplied on the understanding that it will only be used by the person whose name appears on the booking form.
2) Products4baby reserve the right to charge the replacement value of a lost, stolen or damaged TENS unit, or part of a unit.
3) Electrodes should be thrown away at the end of use (but NOT the leads or any other part of the TENS unit.)
4) It is your responsibility to return the Tens unit to Products4baby at your cost and by the agreed date. Please retain proof of postage.
5) The hire period is for six weeks normally booked three weeks before and three weeks after the anticipated birth date. Should the unit not be returned by the last day of the rental period without agreement from Product4baby an immediate surcharge of £25 may be made.
6) Extension of the hire period must be agreed with Products4baby, at the cost of £5 per week.
7) In the event of a cancellation the rental fee will be returned less an administration fee of £5. No refund will be made after the TENS unit has been dispatched to the hirer or for non-use of a machine.

C. Important Conditions of Use

- TENS units are not suitable for those using a demand type pacemaker
- If you have epilepsy or heart disease please seek medical advice before use
- TENS units should not be used before 37 weeks of pregnancy unless under medical supervision
- Electrodes should not be placed on broken or inflamed skin
- If you suffer from any undiagnosed pain, please seek medical advice before use
- Please seek medical advice if you are in doubt as to whether this is suitable for you

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We deliver and package your products for free!
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you by first class postage. Please allow approximately 3 working days for delivery.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product, unopened, to our contact address. We regret that we cannot offer a refund in respect of opened goods.
